There far more than 500k immigrants 'sans papiers' in the UK.
My question is: knowing that they don't have a single right as the rest of us, why should they care such as reporting a terrorist or trying to earn their living decently. If there is such big number of people - marginalised and treated like monsters because nobody dare to speack for them, what's the viable & PRACTICABLE solution to this problem

My husband and I both have a green card and just been noticed to have a fingerprint in 2 weeks. My application is under the name of my husband who was send to work aboard for his U.S. company. We are currently living aboard (in Taiwan). Due to my preganancy, I cannot fly back to US for fingerprint. I guess my husband will fly back to U.S. for the fingerprint himself. Should I just write to CIS and postpone the procedure along with my health proof or can I get the fingerprint in Taiwan consulor, or other ways?

How would you feel if the illegal Mexicans became the majority and then they ruled the country and changed the U.S. flag to the Mexican flag?

Most of the one i see crying about immigrants. Are either young or has no idea of the laws for visas.first of all you should know what you are talking about before you speak.People claim they want to stop illegal immigrants then change the laws.
I am a American faced with the laws of immigration in order to bring my wife here to live.So i know what i am talking about. The laws as they stand are worng.
First for spouse of people do away with visa. But do a back round check and medical check. That is fair.
Second let them that can find sponcers though family or employment come here and work. But also start taxeing them as we Americans are taxed.Dont give them five years without paying taxes. This will boost the econamy
Third any immigrant that is caught here illlegally would loose all chances of ever being able to come back to the USA legally.
Fourth have the same policies as there country does on vistor visa for vacations. Now cry babies what wrong with this?

I have an idea ...
because I am sick and tired to get accuse
of racism lets solve this issue about illegal
immigration in this way...

all Americans we move in mexico and all mexicans
move in our country...about that?

I give you 1 years and then you will see the mexicans
go back in mexico and you know why?
because we know how build a functional society.

and I like to say I AM SICK and tired to hear
the mexicans or whatever they do the dirty job
so we need the mexicans because the americans
they don't want do that kind of jobs that is BS...

I am not against Immigration but if you want come in US
is not acceptable you just cross the border and screw
our laws this is not right for Americans people and for
who come in this country in the legal way..

go back in your country and fill up the immigration form
before come back here...

and if in your eyes this is racism well you an idiots

I hear this analogy being made all the time. Defenders of illegal immigration say that the Mexicans that are coming here - most of which are descendents of the native Incas and other tribes - were on this continent first, therefore they have every right to move up here. They also say that this is a land of immigrants, and anyone who is not a native immigrated here at some point. Considering the welcome the early settlers received at the hands (and blades) of the natives, does that mean it is our turn now? The native Americans were not at all friendly to the new arrivals, contrary to the mythology they teach to elementary school kids to try to make them feel guilty with this new blood libel. The natives killed indiscriminately - women, children even. Attacked the early Jamestown settlement. And we know that the first Viking settlements did not make it past the first year.

"Spain granted the amnesty [to hundreds of thousands of African migrants] without first controlling black-market labour or consulting EU leaders, enraging countries like Germany, who suspected that many of the regularized migrants would soon be turning up in their country, thanks to the border-less Schengen zone.

"It also seemed likely to be what immigration officials call a 'pull factor' for fresh migrants."

So: wouldn't it make more sense to address the loss of jobs in Mexico from US crop subsidies paid for by the US taxpayer, than have the US worker suffer from lower pay, lost jobs and cultural dilution?

Or what? ID cards? Real penalties for employers who hire workers with fake IDs? Limiting crop subsidies to family farmers rather than giving them mostly to agribusiness?

They have a visa giving them permission to go 50 miles out of Mexico, and they are in Kansas, and we all know Kansas is way way more then 50 miles. Does that itself make them illegal?? And can they be deported back to Mexico if caught??

Right now it takes 84 days to get an appointment and I am hoping to cut down part of our time if I can by scheduling an appointment right now before our papers are approved.
Thanks for any help you can give!

Well now that the police have raided another muslim school and arrested people for teaching terror to the kids.Surely there is now enough of a proven link to force our crap government of to put a stop to these sectular schools and mosques being built and used to teach people to kill and harm our own people. This is BRITAIN not an Asian continent, our language is british, our religion is church of england, always has been and always will be.If people want to come here for a better life then we should only except them here if they are willing to embrase our ways and leave theres behind. They want to come here, they should be happy to do this. Some may call me racist, that i am not.Like all english people, i just want a safe country to bring my children and family up in.We do not any longer have this in Britain............

I grew up in a small California town I was one of only a handful of white kids in my school. The rest were Mexican. What I found growing up in this enviornment was that almost all of the kids were from good hard working families. These kids were my friends. I was rarely picked on for being white, and when I was, all manner of hell broke lose from the majority of Mexican kids defending me. I loved the kids I grew up with. Also, my best friend all of my adult life has been black. I am no racist! I am anti ILLEGAL immigration..not anti immigration! Why can't people see the difference. One is legal..One is not! I abhor law breakers. I do not abhor any one race! I am the DAUGHTER of Irish immigrants. They came to this country legally..they taught me to be an American patriot.

News that have been covering illegals crossing the border have reported kids in their middle teens and old men and women in their late sixties and seventies.pro illegal argument has been that illegals are here to do work americans won't do,the question is,what company or establichment hires kids or old men and women.or is coming to the US a free ride to government aid since our politicians are very generous with other peoples money
