Canadians don't need visas for visits of up to 6 months for business or pleasure. Or for investing. And professional and managerial Canadians can easily get TN visas (NAFTA rights, which Mexicans can get too but are far less likely to be qualified for.)

So the answer is obvious.

And then there are all those dual nationals, including the Canadians living in border towns, where the nearest maternity hospital was in the USA (viz. Stanstead QC and Newport VT).

Well, obviously, the US because, everyone wants to leave mexico so thats why they dont really have an illegal immigration issue, and well Canada does have an immigration issue but they hae to travel through the US to get there and then they never make it, they enjoy the comforts of the US to much to leave, they enjoy the pampering they get here in the "land of the illegal free" No taxes to worry about and can suck off the people who pay taxes money through state and government programs.....I must have read the question wrong, because everyones answer makes no sence.....

Well the lastest cencsus info says 11 to 12 million MEXICAN ILLEGALS, Canadians? but surely not that many.
