Yes. I've had this idea since I was twelve or so, around the time
of the LA riots. If people of different cultures intermarried and
bore children it would inherently bring down walls of misguided
ignorant fears and prejudices which in turn would eventually lead
to world peace. But the question is can we sit on that? And if so,
is it tall enough to reach the counter? The industry standard
height of our kitchen sinks and counters requires that the chairs
seat is approximately 24 inches from the floor. Now if the space
that the chair is being used for is higher than that of the
kitchen sink this most often requires that the seat of the chair
be approximately 30 inches from the floor. Everything else is a
matter of aesthetics.
