Who is hiring these kids and old people that are crossing the border illegaly?

News that have been covering illegals crossing the border have reported kids in their middle teens and old men and women in their late sixties and seventies.pro illegal argument has been that illegals are here to do work americans won't do,the question is,what company or establichment hires kids or old men and women.or is coming to the US a free ride to government aid since our politicians are very generous with other peoples money

They are not working, a couple comes here, gets a job; then has their kids and parents come here sometimes even their grandparents. we are being over-run with illegals.

In SoCal there are places that wait at the border with trucks to pick them up. They go to work, make $50.00 a day cash then get a free ride back to cross back into Mexico. The farther north you go, like LA, you are more likely to see them staying the whole week then going home for the weekend. They are nanny's, gardeners, cooks, fruit pickers and even work in restaurants.

Let's face the fact here. If a business owner is offering to pay $7.00 and hour with no benefits, no American is going to take the job but to someone from Mexico, that is a lot of money. I hate to sound anti American but there are a lot of lazy people that have the mindset of, "If I am not going to make $15.00 an hour then I might as well stay home and collect welfare". That's all fine and dandy but don’t sit there and say that illegals are taking the jobs.

I'm not Mexican but I lived in SoCal and knew a lot of Mexicans that were hard working, honest and in the country with a green card. Sure there are some that aren't in the USA with papers but you can bet that if the government really wanted to crack down on the numbers that are crossing the border illegally, they could. It all boils down to money. They know that 80% of the illegals that cross are doing jobs that no one else wants and without them here, it would be a complete mess.

I once paid a local landscaping company $150 for an hours work. They mowed my yard and raked up some leaves.

I am pretty sure I could get an illegal Immigrant to do it for $20. (possibly even minimum wage rates)

People hire Illegal Immigrants because Americans think their time is so damn valuable, that they charge ridiculous amounts for services that should cost less. (and expect things like health insurance coverage, etc).

The only jobs that should pay well, and have benefits are ones that involve using your brain, and are HARD.

Landscaping businesses make more money per hour digging in the dirt, than your average programmer does. That's just sad.

Americans think that everything they do is valuable, and so... prices will never go down for manual labor, unless you go under the counter and hire Illegal immigrants.

the old and the real young do not make up the bulk of the illegals. the average age of the immigrant crossing our border is about 39 yo. These are not the weak people.
