I really don't care who the people in England vote in for their queen. Why should they care who we vote for as president?

I have been a Democrat and a Republican. I see both spend so much time bickering and fighting over stupid, petty issues.
I'm tired of paying a tax on every little thing and then watch the the goverment at the local, state, and federal level blow a good portion of it on pork barrel spending.
All these taxes: sales tax, income tax, property tax, death tax, lottery and gambling tax, a tax if I buy too expensive of a car. I mean what's next, a tax on tea.............Oh, there's already a tax on that too.
This is not what the Founding Father's had in mind. I'm not talking about Bush or Clinton. I'm sick of them all.
"The people should not fear their goverment. Their goverment should fear them." I think it's time for a change. Am I right?

The Dept of State is not acting like a Dept in favor of Peace and sadly Condy Rice, the head of that Dept is not a Peace and "soft" Diplomacy advocate. Everybody at the top in the Bush43 cabinet reflects the swaggering arrogant temperament of the President and the silent but deadly war hawk advocacy of Dick Cheney.

So far its happend for about a week with supprisingly no violence and little military intervention Could it be that the Bermese government is opening up to civil liberties, or are they simply overwhelmed by the massive scale of the movement and waiting for an oppertune moment to roll in the tanks for another bloody massacure?
