Natural rights allow the people to live according to nature such as not adhering to death penalty while classical republicanism is adherence to what the law provides such as allowing people to punish criminals according to penalties corresponding to their crimes.

Do you mean classical liberalism? I've never heard of classical republicanism? Classical liberalism was conservative. Natural rights philosophy says that we all have inalienable rights from the Creator, by virtue of being human. Classical liberalism said that the government should not interfere in the economy or restrict the use of people's rights.

That's an interesting question. Is it perhaps asked in one of your school assignments? Most people on YA don't mind helping out, but draw the line at doing all your research and work for a school assignment. It's also a good idea to be truthful right up front why you are asking. To do otherwise is almost like cheating. Try a bit more then, if you have any questions about what you were able to find, come back and ask us again. Good luck!
