1. False. The Constitution provides authority.

2. True.

3. Trick question. I'm not sure. I would go with 'true'. Federal implies a 'federation' which is a collection of seperate states.

4. False. He has the power to veto, but his veto can be overridden by a Congressional vote.

5. Dunno. Sounds more like the Declaration of Independance.

Edit: Actually, I was wrong on #5. It's in the Preamble. Good grief, you didn't even try on these, did ya?
