"In my opinion, H.R. 2640 is a flagrantly unconstitutional expansion of restriction on the exercise of the right to bear arms protected under the Second Amendment," he said. "H.R. 2640 also seriously undermines the privacy rights of all Americans – gun owners and non-gun owners alike – by creating and expanding massive federal government databases, including medical and other private records of every American."
Someone in counseling during a bitter divorce, a child who at one point gets into a scrape on a school yard and is put on Ritalin, or even someone given "counseling" for issues such as depression during recovery from an accident or work-related injury are some other situations that could trigger such "disarmament by diagnosis," he said.

Political correctness is there to help the minorities and treat them fairly, but is it infact breading hatred amongst the majorities. It seems now that if you are a minority you can say and do as you please the same can not be said of the majority of people in this country. Take for example the Slovakian woman who beat a ten year old boy half to death, the police are charging the ten year old with race hate crime, for allegedly shouting get back to your own country! has anyone heared of anything so idiotic! What is this country coming to?

Back to where issues like abortion, relgion, health care, gay marriage, education and other social issues are state issues.

The Federal Government should go back to small issues like it was inteded. Like building fences to secure out boarder.

Government Health care allways sucks on large scale but works relatively well on micro states. Local governments can decide and implament what the people want. If people do not like it they can move.

This is how the founders intended it. Not this crazy stuff centralized over reaching federal Government.

Many people have and will continue to insist the 9-11 attacks were planned by the US Government, I would like to get the opinions of this community in hopes it is an accurate microcosm.

My opinion is that they were terrorist attacks which we simply failed to thwart. The CIA thwarts MANY attacks on a regular basis. There have been plenty of opportunities for at least one of these to fail.

I believe the General Population needs to blame the Government due to our own insecurities. We refuse to flat-out admit that our security was violated and an attack was successful on our soil. It was nothing more than a terrorist attack, no conspiracy.

It seems now china is the superpower of the world. The U.S. is slowly slipping away. Not even slowly now with the war each day ticking away millions of dollars by the minute that don't even exist. In contrast to China quietly cornering markets and tucking away millions that DO exist.
