False, the congress keeps the Library in trust for the American People. You have ever Right to read what is in there just so that you follow the rules of use.

False. If you can show a need (research, grad school, etc), you can use it. I have, it's very nice. I was not permitted to take books out, they were brought to me every day I went there. It's call The Library of Congress, but it belongs to everyone and is there for us to use.

This facility is there for every citizens reference work -- but it is not a "check the stuff out" place unless you are on their list of "access specific clients"

Its false.

The truth MAY be in only congress members may check-out books from Library of Congress and public cannot, but I am unsure of this.
