Most state governments have become as bloated, excessive and inefficient as the federal government. We need to return to the mindset of small government. I truly believe most state governments - and the federal government - could operate at higher efficiency, be more productive, and accomplish more if their budgets were cut by as much as 90%. Operating 'lean' means there's no fat.
