I presume you are referring to the Fifteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits the United States or any state from denying the right to vote on the basis of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. It was ratified in 1870, shortly after the Civil War.
So, unless you think the right to vote should depend on a person's race or color, then you support the Fifteenth Amendment. And even if you do not support it, you should learn to live with it. It has been around for over 135 years, and there is no chance of it being repealed.

Well, I surely don't think anyone should be denied the right to vote on the basis of race, etc, the older I get the more I wish they would have a standard of more than just "is your heart beating and you are over 18."
The founders didn't trust the average citizen much and threw the vote in at the last minute. The way the system is set up, one vote does not really have much power, which is by design. It's power is buried under layers of court systems, the constitution, representatives, the party system. It's why we are still free.
