That will be many many years to come...as the USA has a LONG way to go in race and gender relations.
Black women in America are the hardest hit with prejudice. They not only have to deal with racism but then the other side that opposes women in power.

Thursday. Now a serious answer to your question. A black lady has already run for President. Obviously she did not win. A white lady is running for President now. Obviously she has not won yet. When will a black lady be President? When she can present good ideas, explain those ideas so all can understand her meaning, and finally can show she has great ideals. Obama is very close to being the first Black President or Vice President. The biggest problem I see with a Black President of either sex is that they have to be great candidates first and black second.

You need to take that question into the black neighborhoods. When more blacks get involved in supporting black ladies in state or government offices, that are doing an outstanding job, you'll soon find someone that everyone can show support for. I learned from a black young lady a few years ago, that blacks really don't support each other, I'm white as the word that is often used, but I was in full support of trying to get this young black lady hired. It wasn't until I asked her why there was a problem when there were three black ladies working in the personnel office that could help us, this is when I began to understand why we were having the problems. After seeing and hearing what takes place, I became more aware of how it can happen that black people that are in sports or are seen as outstanding can turn their attention and support away from their people.
When a person goes out to vote for anyone running for office, it should be understood who and what you are voting for. A vote cast should be for someone that can do alot of good for everyone not because of their color, background, special interests.

Condoleeza Rice is the most probable first Black and Woman President if supported by the Republicans. History will make her as the first Black President (in case Obama does not win) and Woman President (in case Hillary Clinton lose).
VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

If we can get a woman in office, who cares what color she is as long as she does a good job. I hate it when people see colors!
