Whenever you have an official form to send back to a government agency, the send you a self addressed envelope for the return, which you lick to seal. They then have your DNA matched to the name and address on the envelope. Of course, any member of your family could have licked the envelope, so they keep them all stored as family groups.

To win ratification the constitution required approval of 9 of the 13 states. Citizens were divided and broke off into two groups. They were the Federalists and Anti-federalists. Federalists were a group of people who favored ratification of the constitution and supported a strong national government that would be able to ensure a strong currency and protect property rights. While Anti-federalists were a group of people who feared a powerful national government, so they offered three objections to the Constitution. Additionally they pointed to the election procedures outlined in the Constitution as proof that the new national government was undemocratic. Which lead us to the Federalists Papers, which were the series of eighty-five articles written by the supporters of the Constitution in 1788, which argued for the ratification of the United States. Moreover, the papers serve as a primary source for interpretation of the Constitution, as they outline the philosophy and motivation of the proposed system of government. There was a ratification struggle because of the individual rights because unlike many states, the US constitution did not contain the Bill of rights. This omission outraged the Antifederalists, some of whom refused to support ratification. Furthermore, several states agreed to ratify the Constitution only if individual rights were guaranteed in a bill of right.

Please don't answer just to bash a party. I understand most Republicans. Most believe in God. Most believe in slow change with little spending. And I understand Liberals to be mostly the about no restriction freedom with very little government. Democrats are just for democracy? These lines do not at all seem clearly drawn enough for anyone to label themselves or anyone else?

Is it discrimination in your opinion if an individual gets into a higher level job and then starts to recruit only friends who most of the time do not have the qualification as another applicant. I call it Empire Building...... Can we conceed even with rules in place ... Its Not What You Know... Its Who?????

At school we have been talking about the assassination of president Kennedy. I have never been so interested in S.S, until now. This topic is so fascinating to me-all the mystery in it!! I believe that there was a second gunman! If you have seen the film, you'll see that the presidents head blew BACK from the third shot fired. The second shot hit the president in the back of the neck-it came from behind the president. But the third shot forced the president's head back-and sort of at a angle, which means that it must have came from in front of the president-from the grassy knoll! The investigation of this tragic event was all screwed up! What are all your thoughts on this, if you have anymore information on this-please let me know it. Thank you in advance!
