She'll have most of the troops pulled out. This will cause great turmoil in the region because Iran would quickly invade and spread their anti-america influence on the Iraqi people. THe system would collapse and we would look like a bunch of idiots and the rest of the world would be mad that we left a country in that state.

I believe that she would make an attempt to remove our troops as quickly as she could. That being said, it is important to look at the possible affect on the region if we do.

First of all it would encourage the extremest groups, as they would view it as a victory. Secondly it would allow Iran to have greater influence on the area, potentially even invading Iraq. Don't forget they were fighting over territory all though the late 70's and 80's.

Before any Commander-in-Chief were to remove troops from Iraq before they are stabilized, they would have to be willing to explain how they would plan to handle these scenarios. That is one of the reasons that this upcoming primary season is so important, both Republicans and Democrats will have to face these questions, and the answers that they give will be crucial to the future of our country.

She's hoping the Congress will pull the troops out before she becomes president, so she won't have to deal with this.

i might wish :

she would apologize to the world entire for every mistake made by any american government or american industries that likewise unconscientious about their workers in america or abroad were willing to ravage the world and overlook tyrannies and tyrants, and other polutions, if they were willing to play along with big business.

that :
she might suggest that americans give immediate economic credits to the iraquis one half of what the war in iraq cost. rather like the marshall plan, to quickly repair or improve the infrastructure there,
which they can repay with oil.

providing they agree that:

the first expenditure every gov't ought make is health care.

the 2nd ought be for education

the better educated we are the better neighbors we will have.

and a smaller army we would need because every one will want to be our friend, as we their's.

it's really not all that difficult

the other half of what the war in iraq cost
ought be returned by free ( non-religious )
college or university educations for all children.

you can pray in the street, you can pray in your mind, but don't pray on my space.

Hopefully something different than what is happening now. Troops dying everyday almost, citizens dying by the score. It is ridiculous how things are looking now. Hopefully more troops will be alive to defend our country.
