Yes. Elderly with no enough saving will have to work to meet daily needs. The Government did not have the system in the Western or Hong Kong, where the elderly whose are too old to work will receive a sum of money for their daily needs.

They are not in any country, but that will have to change as the first batch of baby boomers are going to be seniors very soon.
