Essentially, you cannot. Normally, to remove an elected official you would have to meet at minimum two criteria. You would have to first be a resident of her district and gain enough petition signatures to even have it be considered. The other half is you would have to show proper cause for removing an elected official, such as bribery or other illegal actions, or even merely improper behavior or use of office. To my knowledge, no such allegations or proof exists. Merely disagreeing with policy or politics is not enough.

The Democrats are literally unlikely to bear in mind Pelosi, nor or they going to attempt to question the President. the final analysis is in case you've faith that any of your representives helps the impeachment of Bush and believed that any of those representives became particularly going to attempt to question Bush, then you definately were hosed, because the powers that be understand that they have not were given a shred of evidence that helps impeachment and they only fed you all what you wanted to hearken to to sucker you in to helping and/or voting for them.
