I believe all religions are created with a dominionist ideology. Dominionism is a form of dictatorship and has no relationshiop to democracy. It seems we will do anything if we are promised reduced suffering and an after life.
Have you noticed that religious followers deivide between the humble compassionate sole and the crusaider?I have a bad feeling that we are not done with the crusades or witch burnings.
Why are we not questioning how we are being manipulated right now in north america? Notice the controls on the press in Canada and the US?Notice the self sensoring that is going on?
Am I right?

Or are you a liberal who will say its "not funny" no matter how funny it actually is because it picks on your politics?

Or are you a liberal who says its a "rip off" of the "daily show" (which is actually a rip off of a Saturday Night Live skit as well as an old HBO show called "Not Necessarily The News." ) ?

Welfare: Created a Generation dependent on Government handouts but in the 40+ years since its inception has done nothing to get rid of the poor.

Social Security: Always in danger of going broke and doesn't provide seniors enough to live on.

US Postal service: As most correspondence is done through e-mail and most businesses use UPS and FEDEX for important stuff and most bills can now be paid on line, the only thing I've seen it do lately is provide me with a never ending stream of Junk Mail.

But the President is Commander-In-Chief. He REALLY DOES NOT need the approval of the Congress for military action. The role of the executive is to have an immediate decision to cut through the beurocracy. Imagine if there was a decision to be made immediately and you assembled 535 people who disagree to make that decision?

Anyway, the President has decide that he's not going to withdraw troops from Iraq, he's going to send more. Now if the Dems decide they want to restrict funding, the only thing they will succeed in doing is putting those additional troops in greater danger. Maybe more deaths is what Dems are going for to help the insurgents break the spine of the American people. Personally I think that is treasonous.

The reason I ask is because I am not sure what I am hearing in the news from the bureaucrats, so I figured I would ask. So what would you change about what we are doing abroad.

About 80% of the U.S. population said we don't want to invade Iran, yet our leaders are saying prepare for the attack on Iran. How is that democracy? Or even a republic? I am absolutely sick with our governments corruptness. And now the most watched news show on television is literally a joke. Americans are becoming completely ignorant of what our leaders and dictator Bush are doing. I'm calling for a repeal of the military commissions act, and the patriot act. If you are a true patriot, then fight your government. That's what democracy is all about.

The opinion of the U.S. has declined steadily in the last six years according to a number of recent polls.

Do you think that when Bush leaves office the situation will improve or do you think enough damage has already been done?

What were your thoughts on the U.S. while Bill Clinton was in office? Were they any different or have they stayed the same?
