Not anymore. You can get a card from them to pay by paypoint. Try this link for ways to pay

You can get a card from the post office or pay monthly by direct debit.

yes....but only if you can find a post office.......and assuming they'll accept 'money'.....to weird a concept for many....and you'll probably have to pay more!

a post office refused to accept my daughters savings of £45 in bagged coins to be deposited into her account......how nice was that!
