With the attack and killing of Bhutto in Pakistan two days ago, it highlighted the need for a leader with experience in foreign policy. Other then John McCain, who do you think has the most foreign policy experience of the remaining candidates in each party? Thanks for answering.

I received a letter from Joe Blow wanting me to contact HIM about a time to set up a disposition with HIS laywer. Joe Blow is out of state. Do I respond to Joe Blow? My thought was that Joe Blow must think I must of feel off the turnip truck yesterday.Wouldn't or shouldn't I receive the request from his lawyer stating a date and time for the desposition or would I receive the request from the court? The court hasn't even said that there is a case yet. They just wanted my response. This is concerning a civil matter that Joe Blow has filed against me for slander/libel which I must say is untrue.
Please help. Thanks

I have noticed this more and more lately. People getting all defensive like "people aren't illegal." But according to the terminology used by the United States government, some people ARE illegal, and some people ARE aliens. It doesn't mean they are less of a person, it's just terminology....

I was just thinking about this. I was wondering if a criminal decides to rob a store with a weapon that is unloaded; relying on the fear of the clerk cooperating with a gun pointed at their face. Would that still be considered armed robbery if the weapon is not loaded?

I dont really wanna go into the details but i need to get a restraining order on 2 people harassing me they live together I know what city but I don't know their home address and i have no idea where they work? In other words, let's say you bring your clothes to the dry cleaners, and did not have time or that you forgot to pick up your clothes from the dry cleaners. It has been a month, and the dry cleaners decides to sell it. Is this illegal? Can they do such a thing? Any sort of help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
