They get about the same pay as an ordinary soldier, with a few extra allowances including jump pay, etc,

most did not join for the money but for the excitement and prestige of being in the most Superior unit in the British Armed Forces.

Regular pay plus danger money plus overseas allowance when abroad.
Not much more than a regular Army guy.

I don't think anyone really knows but it's probably A LOT more than what the basic army get.
