In New Jersey a person convicted of his first drunk driving offense faces a mandatory suspension of his license for six months, and the possibility of a thirty-day jail sentence. In addition, the offender must pay a mandatory fine of $250 and a $100 fee to support law enforcement efforts to catch other drunk drivers. Convicted drunk drivers are also required to undergo a minimum of 12 hours counseling for which they must pay a $1,000 surcharge for each of three years, as well as $50 a day. In addition, drunk drivers receive 9 “insurance points” that could subject them to huge increases in their insurance premiums. The total cost for a first offense of drunk driving in New Jersey probably exceeds $9,000. Please explain and analyze your response

fair? I know they said these two gentlemen were suppose to have an office, but seems their folks work out of the home. Should the other candidates say they will not participate unless all are included? I have been in a spot like that and done that and it worked!

What happens to your vehicle if it was used in a drug sting? Would the police seize it even if you were only purchasing marijuana (which is a misdemeanor crime)?

Also what would happen to your vehicle if you've had drugs inside your vehicle (even if it was only for personal use)?

Also what if your vehicle wasn't completely paid for?

They did not include the war or immigration, so was that dumb or not. Also should they have given them more than 30 seconds to answer. Many commentators though it looked like a school class deal.

then they said he would not raise his hand on something else and objected. Seems they wre treating them like kids and would only give 30 seconds nad he must have needed a little more time. Good for Fred. Finally someone that will stand up for the people. Instead of being led around. didn't say I was going to vote for him as I have not made up my mind, but I like seeing someone call them on stupid stuff.
