Shouldn't this still be in court? Shouldn't there have been an Independent Counsel? Why has Congress not done anything about this?

Do you think that the CIA is targeting Congress in a secret operation given all the troubles the two have had between each other. In other words the tapes issue is more or less a ploy involving a larger action to defame and discredit elected members of Congress. The whole issue sounds benign but remember this is the CIA and they are trained to do things like that to other countries. What seems benign may go deeper than is appears at the surface. They are after all a very secretive and powerful branch of presidential umbrella.
Your opinons please.

Seriously the man was killing pitt bulls. Yeah it was breaking the law, but come on 23 months! There are drug dealers and aggravated assault felons with extensive records that don't see that much time! Just goes to show how much pull liberal activists have, good thing OJ didn't kill any dobermans!

Or is it because she is very smart? Note her actually popularity and rise to HUGE fame and money actually began when she started giving things away and lost tons of weight.
Now would that characterize the word Liberal because they are always seen as giving and wanting everything for free?

During the first three quarters of 2007, Paul reported more itemized contributions (donations exceeding $200) than Fred Thompson in 28 states. [52] [53] [54] [55] (Thompson did not report any contributions in the first two quarters.) Thompson reported less than 1 percent more than Paul in Kansas and Oklahoma. Forty-seven percent of Paul's total contributions in the first three quarters was from donations not exceeding $200 and therefore was not included in the state totals. [56] Thirty-two percent of Thompson's total contributions was not included in the state totals. [57] With donations of $200 or less included, it can be estimated that Thompson received more contributions than Paul in only the District of Columbia and 18 states. Paul probably received more contributions than Thompson in 32 states.

Someone was asking me about this. There is not a lot of land or valuable involved, but there is this lady that I know, who has 3 children. Two of which are trouble makers & drug addicts. She's wanting to draw up a Will, allowing the one child (with the responsibility) to be able to decide what is to be done w/what she does have when she is gone (which is pretty much just things like furniture). If nothing is drawn up, then the other two children will cause big arguments over this & she knows it. I don't know if those "Will kits" that you see, that can be bought, are real. She needs something that she can sign, giving the rights to the one child to decide everything or to flat out put her wishes in it, but it has to be legal. She can't afford a lawyer & doesn't really own anything valuable enough to need a lawyer. All honest answers are appreciated. Thank you.

I live in Britain. The last time I checked it was illegal for most civilians to have them. Although there are criminals who have them, the murder rates taking into consideration population size are much lower than in America. I just read a question where people were saying that with stricter with gun laws, it would be like Nazi Germany. Without taking into consideration all the lives that it would save.

With no controls on Guns, any madman, teenager, child, criminal can obtain a gun and use it on ANYONE. INNOCENT OR NOT.

There is gun crime where I live, I know several innocent people who have been killed, and that is even with Britain's gun laws. I would be terrified to leave my house if they were legal, I have no idea how anyone could justify the fact that they allow so many ignorant people to walk the streets with a tool to end someones life in a split second.
