Shouldn't this still be in court? Shouldn't there have been an Independent Counsel? Why has Congress not done anything about this?

The Demolition Party still has problems, mentally accepting the fact that a dumb asz cowboy, knew more about the electorial college than they did, and that dumb asz cowboy - 'oil field trash' out smarted and out manuvered them, hands down !!!!!
Gore has gone on to make $100,000,000.00 dollars spreading a contrived "Americans Are The Guilty One's" for trying to set the world on fire, while Kerry is still crying, like a spoiled 3 year old child !!!!
"WAKE UP, PICK A BETTER REPRESENTATIVE, AND LET'S ALL GET ON DOWN THE ROAD"!

Okay... America can't POSSIBLY have really elected BUSH. The democrats: 1) can better take and spend our money 2) can redistribute it to people who won't work 3) can better raise our kids 4) can better provide health care 5) absolutely want you to be DEPENDENT on THEM. (Is it a coincidence that every policy re: energy favors dependence?) Why would anyone in their RIGHT MIND not want that? Therefore the election MUST have been stolen... (Just ask them). They CAN'T BE WRONG! (again, just ask them) Chalk it up that THAT and BAD SPORTSMANSHIP. They sure got even however by COMPROMISING everything BUSH has tried to do. Creating a CREDIT CRISIS then calling it an OUTRAGE... and NOW with our OIL. America IS waking up. Sometimes it takes a SHAKE by the COLLAR - like 5 buck a gallon oil.

Its the only thing that can be said to comfort the wounded Democrats. They launched out with both campaigns as a strong push to break through the ranks of the Republican party and its voter base...sorta like playing Red Rover as a kid.
With the costs incurred, they swore they would win. And they didn't. So the obvious reason can't be that people don't like them, cause they are living off of FDR and JFK's glory...it must be because it was stolen. Its a morality issue, wherein they believe they are the moral superiors...so they didn't lose, they were cheated.
If only they can put down the drugs long enough to let the air clear...reality doesn't have to be that scary.

Gore and Kerry lost fair and square. Bush did not steal the elections from them. That being said, the reason Bush won is because the system itself is flawed.
Ralph Nader ciphoned off a substantial amount of votes from Kerry and then the steam boat guys screwed Kerry over with their dirty political attacks; heck, even John McCain the Bushbot, was against the steamboat ads. Third parties in American have no chance of winning, but they continue to run and play the spoiler role.
As for Gore, he did indeed win the popular election, but the stupid electoral college system of the US made it possible for Bush to win without actually getting a majority. Most European countries have popularly elected executive officers and not the crappy electoral college we have.

Gore & Kerry gave up because they found no evidence that they really won ! On the human side of Gore & Kerry not saying anything is the fact that they also could find no evidence of 62 virgins would be waiting for them with open arms if they won !!

The U.S. election system is unique in the Western world. It proclaims to be the most democratic, but is anything but.

The case with Bush in the last elections was that he did NOT win the popular vote.

The U.S. presidential system works with the citizens voting on a REPRESENTATIVE who will later than vote for them.

So, a candidate may become President and still lose the popular vote (meaning more people in American wanted Gore as president and not Bush). And this is 100% legal.

It is because Bush has not stolen any election. Gore and Kerry gave up because they knew the samething.

The Democrat grassroots believe Bush stole the elections because it's what they are told in their commune meetings.

Honestly, I believe that Al Gore didn't actually want to be President, and I believe that John Kerry was a patsy, the Democrats didn't want to win an election during the war. I mean do you seriously believe that Kerry was the best, that even the limited democratic party had to offer? I mean seriously? No, he was a patsy.

Personally, I believe the Dems believed neither Gore or Kerry were viable candidates and were more than eager to let Bush and Republicans dig themselves the very hole we are now in. Think about it. I think Gore and Kerry were simply sacrificial lambs.

That's easy. Deep down, Gore and Kerry know they lost. One has gone away quietly, and one is, as of today, still whining.
