I was looking for a poem on democracy in elections. But it seems that democracy doesn't exist in elections anymore. Can anyone write a poem on how democracy is fading from our society?

A democracy is something that this country is not. A republic is for what our founders had fought. Democracies are inherently corrupt. Ask the Romans whos experiment went belly up. Independent States controlled by people within. United but the union is fragile and thin. With one man in charge we lose our freedoms and rights. We may as well go back to the days of Kings and Knights. A corporation is all that they are in D.C. Democracy? NO! A REPUBLIC OF WE!(the people)

I'm not 100% positive but I'm 99% positive that the answer to your question is yes.
Yes...I believe someone can write a poem on democracy.
I think a better question might be would someone write it.
But you asked if someone can and I think the answer is yes they can
