I am a Huckabee voter. Let me correct it, I was a Huckabee voter but has gone back to the Obama camp just five minutes ago. I am still grieving on what I just heard Huckabee say on t.v. He stated, "No one in this country has to hide in fear; they can live here with dignity and be proud." "I am glad to live in a country where folk are trying to get in and not break out." He went on and on, and my heart fell to the floor. Finally, I hear for myself! He lied to us all alone because he came across as he was against illegal immigration. From what I heard, he is the most Liberal of All the politicians. Yes, even Obama takes a stronger stand than he. I am confused because if you are a Christian, you are suppose to be for obeying the law and doing the right thing. I am really in shock, for he concealed the truth hiding behind his Baptist Minister persona. I still like Tancredo, for he is real. He is more adamant than Lou Hobbs about illegal immigration.

As such, why do so many people just sit by and just watch the debate, silently fuming, or otherwise don't even educate themselves on what's going on?
The time has come for society to make the changes they want to see.
"...And that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

Help me out here guys. An AK-47 fires the same bullet as a .308 hunting rifle. Both are semi-automatic. An M-16 fires the same bullet as a .223 hunting rifle. Both are semi-automatic. The weight of the AK and M-16 are not much different from their hunting rifle counterparts. The length of the AK and the M-16 are not much different from their hunting rifle counterparts. The .308 and the .223 do hold fewer rounds, well unless you buy a bigger clip that is. The point is, what's with this whole ASSAULT rifle thing? The only real world difference between that mall kid's AK-47 and a .308 you can buy at Wal-Mart is that the AK is packaged all fancy to look tough and intimidating. Now, (and this one is for you gun control guys) that AK was firing military full metal jacket ammo. It leaves an exit wound about the size of a Quarter. My 300 Magnum with 200 grain core lokd ammo will literally cut you in half. I bought it and the ammo at Wal-Mart. If that mall kid would have had MY gun, NO survivor

When a member of Congress raises their hand and swears to uphold the Constitution, they are making a verbal contract with We The People.

When they sign that little card that confirms they took the oath, they turn the verbal contract into a written contract.

Anytime a member of Congress sponsors, co-sponsors and/or votes in favor of legislation that violates the constitution, they have broken that contract and commited perjury.

Would you trust a person who keeps breaking contracts?

Who is the only person running for President to honor their oath of office?

Cary, North Carolina-Private school. My friend was texting in class and his phone was taken. The school said that they had the 'right' to read the text messages because they had taken the phone. Following this I was questioned by the administration, who didn't follow proper procedure found in the handbook, and I was told that 2 people had admitted that I had supplied them with cough medicine. I was suspended for the rest of the day and the following day and I came to find that no one had ever said anything about me they just went with what the texts said, but do keep in mind I did not supply anyone with anything. Would I have been suspended for Tylenol? So my question is even though I am almost 18 an its a private school, were any of my rights or my friends rights violated? Any of the amendments such as the First, freedom of speech, or the Fourth, protection against unreasonable seizures, even though they had reason to take his phone but not to read the texts.

Thanks yall

It has to some effect, at least it gets the candidate mentioned every once in a while.
If someone like Rush or O'Reilly endorses a candidate, if you can't stand Rush or Bill, isn't that more of reason NOT to vote or support said candidate?
Who has Sean Penn endorsed, anyway??

I live in Colombia, and my cable company has decided to discontinue Fox News Channel. Fox has been replaced by a comedy channel. (Apparently only about 150 people watch Fox here on a regular basis)

(My blood pressure has stabilised lately, I have to add, but I miss the comedy value)
Should I be disappointed or happy?

Revolutions in science tend to be accompanied by new moral and ethical dilemmas. Cloning has been around for a while now, but as technology progresses it's growing easier to make use of the technique. Imagine that it's being made available for everyday use, and some people want to start cloning themselves. What do you think should be done? Why?

Many Governments say No to cloning --but how do you feel? What about just animals?

If a person is not old enough to drink then they should also be considered CHILDREN when it comes to being "conned" into the forces. No CHILD should be allowed to join the army airforce or marines. they are considered children until they come of age.... 21. So listen up, Mr Bush, please have the legal age of consent raised to 21 for ALL activities and keep our children safe. There's the ONE good thing you Could do for this nation before you give up the throne.
Save the children, there are thousands of MEN out there who are over 40 and yet willing to die for their country and would willingly re join the forces if you'd let them, without taking 18 year old children and putting a gun in their hands.

I watched Michael Moore's new movie Sicko.. "A Must See". I have to tell everyone,, "I am embarrassed about the America Health Care System". I am not a Moore fan. However, his movie highlights what private market health care does to families that have worked their entire lives only to find themselves broke and bankrupt in their golden years. It was totally unbelievable to see this movie. What can be done? We need to push for socialized medicine. We need to put the money in the Doctors and Patient’s pockets. Not the, insurance and pharmaceutical companies. We Don’t Need Insurance Companies making Millions from claim denial. Why is America so oblivious to this monopoly? I am just beside myself, I have to start doing something or I will find myself and family in the same situation as so many others in America!

And if you come on just to say he doesn't have a chance, don't, because Dr. Paul has a great chance, and he is gaining momentum every day.
