We have all seen how well a republican in the executive office works with democratic ran congress. I think it's a given, to say that it is unproductive and a waste of time. Many people are saying that they will under no sercumstances vote democrat due to the fact that they are "liers, unproductive, and foolish." So far since the dems have taken the congress they have pushed for several bills to help out everyday americans (with many being vetoed by our republican leader). What is your view of another republican in the white house? Will it be this unproductive due to the stubborness?

For instance if I were to find a wallet that belonged to someone identified in the wallet do I legally need to return it. Or if I were to locate a bag of money somewhere and there was nothing more that an adress written on the bag am I legally responsible to return it?

Or would these fall under the constitutional right of

FINDERS KEEPERS LOSERS WEEPERS

I'm just wondering if its illegal to keep the cash and dump the wallet in a mailbox? I know morally none of you answering this question have never done anything wrong. So dont give me no its the right thing to do bull-oney cause if i cant keep the money for myself i would rather throw the wallet away so nobody gets it. Court of law fact!!!

As the technology is available to "black-out" or "blur-out" the faces of the interrogators, what excuse does the CIA have for destroying evidence AND withholding it from the 9/11 commission?

Like a Marilyn Monroe, for example. Then she could use her sex appeal to manipulate men everywhere, and establish world peace... What do you think?

The mass media is the mind control instrument of the central bankers who regard the US population as their property. The family of Eugene Meyer, a Lazard Freres banker and former Fed Chairman, controls Newsweek magazine. The central bankers, including the Rockefellers, control the rest of the mass media through ownership or advertising. Their agenda is to undermine the family in order to destabilize society and decrease population.

Is there a law that says that Creationism can't be taught in schools? Would it be included in the seperation of Church and state? If anyone has any information, that would be great.

I like it better the Rudy's, but he still believes in that tuition break for illegal students. Has Huckabee changed his ways and decided to listen to the American people? What do you think? Is it realistic?

I was arrested in California in Nov 2006 for an assault and battery (argument for mom) when the courts found out I had a warrant in Florida. They detained me and I bailed out with permission of a judge to resolve Florida issue. The judge made it clear that she would dismiss my case in California if I took care of the issue in Florida. Now I find out I have a warrant in California for misdemeanor assault & battery for not appearing to a court date. I was not notified I had a court date and assumed this issue had been taken care of because of a public defender I was dealing with. Will I be taken to jail if I go to California to resolve this? What are my options?

Is it against the law to park on the other side of the street in front of someone's driveway? I have a neighbor who is a real $#@! who complains about this.

To explain it better, if you're coming down the street, his house and driveway are on the left and my house is on the right. I park on the right side of the street, which lines up with his driveway on the left side.
