No i am respective of others position and try to treat all as i would want to be treated.

I don't think so. If you let an employee know right from the start, what is expected, it sets the tone for a good working environment. I never ask an employee to do anything I wouldn't or haven't, done. The workplace is just that, for work. It is not a place to find dates, show off your comedic side, or browbeat people. My employees impress me more with what they do, not what they say.
