When a member of Congress raises their hand and swears to uphold the Constitution, they are making a verbal contract with We The People.

When they sign that little card that confirms they took the oath, they turn the verbal contract into a written contract.

Anytime a member of Congress sponsors, co-sponsors and/or votes in favor of legislation that violates the constitution, they have broken that contract and commited perjury.

Would you trust a person who keeps breaking contracts?

Who is the only person running for President to honor their oath of office?

I did lots of research on the candidates before I made my decision to vote for Ron Paul. The big reason I made that choice is because of his strong support of the Constitution and his Congressional voting record to prove it. None of the other candidates had that and I couldn't with a good conscience vote for someone that would go against what our Founding Fathers originally meant to have running our country.

Thankfully, we can only hold that to the surpreme court.

Unconstiutional Laws are automatically invalid!

But the wonderful court upheld slavery and ruled that the tomato is a fruit and not a vegitable in Nix v. Hedden!

If I had to pick one out of the group of candidates, I'd guess it was Romney. But most politicians break their oaths, and justify it as for the "good" of the people. The most visual one, is Hillary Clinton, as she only does what she thinks is the best thing for her.

None. When members of government vote in their own interests, they have dishonored the American people.
