I have heard people say that Ron Paul does not stand a chance so they will not vote for him. That sounds so defeatist. You only want to vote for winners? Is that what makes you feel like a winner?

Ron Paul is the strongest conservative running and has the least amount of shameful experiences in his past. So, why would you support a New York liberal like Rudy over a much more intelligent and decent man like Mr. Paul?

I know i can open one, i have one and ive been using it for a long time (im a minor) But because i cannot confirm my identity in anyway, as this would reveal that i am a minor, my account has many restrictions. If i were to become emancipated, and then confirm my identity with paypal, would they close my account? There terms of service says you have to be 18 to open an account, and there is no mention of emancipated minors...

Last week I was given a ticket for going 45mph in a school zone ( near a public high school) I understand the trafic laws but in my defense, even though it was 20 min before school, there were no students in sight (except for one J walker). In addition, the street that I got a ticket on was a main street.

The signs say " 25mph when children are present"

Do you think that if I made a video of the street during the same day and time of my ticket to show that there were no students around, and I was going at the flow of regular trafic, that I could have my ticket removed.

This is my first ticket...and to make matters worse, I was going to work at the schooll where I got a ticket. please give me some advise.... thanks

Everything that is illegal still happens thats why there are prisons. When abortions were illegal they were performed in back allies and places like that with a coat hanger.

I was just wondering if it was illegal or not and where would I find out? I love taking a whole bunch of bottles out to the lake and just explode them. But what if someone would call the cops on me, I just wonder how much trouble I would get into? I am a nice person though, I pick up the trash after I'm done. I also wonder if I could get in trouble for shooting my paint ball gun out there, A sign does say no firearms aloud but How in the world could a paint ball gun be considered a firearm? I wasn't really worried about this one, but my friend was. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

i am listening to michael savage, and a guy called in totally rationalizing why he thinks the holocaust never happened. i know Iran's president stirred up all kinds of crap, but do people from educated countries honestly think he has a point? How is that possible?

From what I understand, the Pilgrims just sort of showed up at Plymouth. I don't think they had visas. Perhaps illegal immigration should have been addressed then.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It seems like the great leaders of the past were military heroes before becoming President and today it's more important to be popular and be able to win over enough people. The whole election process has become a big money game rather than looking at the character of a person, their morality and their military capability. The heroes of yesterday like George Washington are gone and in their place laughingstock quality people with no military experience whatsoever - and they are competent to tell our military what to do? Bill Clinton for instance - his biggest military accomplishment was to make room for gay people to "come out" in the military. I'm not making a judgment call on that here - but just compare that to some of the battles that George Washington brought our country through and it seems that our candidates for President today are hardly concerned with what is really important and focusing on minor things that have little relevance to the task of the military.

ok, so i was wondering today....and it kept bugging me so i have to ask, lol sorry if this is kinda weird. so, if someone was out, in the middle of nowhere in thw woods, and saw what they thought was a "bigfoot", and they got a chance to shoot it, with the gun they happened to have. now they shoot this animal and kill it. but when they walk over to it, they realise that it is a person in a costume. (i know,i know, stop laughing)

what would happen? would the guy be charged with murder? manslaughter? what?
