fyi: we dont have "PO" if youre under informal probation

i am not even a citizen of the country where i had the violation. I am just going to visit my country and come back for personal matters.

Ask your PO.

In most States there's no LEGAL bar to someone on probation being granted permission to leave the country. Probation Officers have VERY wide discretion to grant or deny such requests.

The other question of course is if the other country will let you in. Most countries bar felons from entering even if their sentence is completely finished, and many bar people even with misdemeanors if they're still on parole/probation.
