like you know how you switch lanes, on the road, turn blinker on, look in the mirrors and steer to the left to switch into left lane. if you was in the right lane, can you do the same in the intersection on green?

It is illegal to switch lanes in the middle of an intersection in every state in the US.

Changing lanes in the intersection or before the intersection where it's marked with solid white or yellow lines is illegal in the US.

It doesn't matter what color the line is, if it's solid it is illegal to cross the line.

yes. IIRC my drivers manual (& that's been a lot of years ago), it's illegal to change lanes within 90 feet of an intersection.

no you cannot switch lanes in an intersection. that is dangerous.

Depends on the law of your unidentified country, and if it's a Federal country then on the laws of the State/Province as well.

In "most" developed countries, yes, it's illegal.
