consider the hypothetical story:

if i had a friend who's cousin's dad went on a date with a girl in the yonkers area of new york in the summer of 1962. if apparently they got drunk and if he strangled her while they were having rough sex in his car. and if he drove her body upstate and covered it in a wooded area with leaves and a sheet of particle wood.

if he told me this while we were playing a game of pool in 2006 and he was drinking, but i thought it is credible, because...i will not go into specifics but i thought i had reason to believe that i may have located her remains. should i call police, and could he get charged in that situation?

I know what a court martial is, but my question is about the phrase "subject to". Does that actually mean going to court or someone just telling you that you may face court? I guess my question is about being subjected to something. To what degree would you consider this word?

We all know the media is in a frenzy over a "Camelot" political entity; we've seen how they turned an Irish gangster family who produced a slew of drunks, rapists, drug addicts, adulterers, bums and truly worthless crew of white trash, into political "rock stars".

The Clintons played the media's weakness to portray a "Hill-Billy Camelot", to get political strength and con people.

How many women who are highly educated, highly intelligent, emotionally independant, extreme feminist, highly successful- would allow their spouse to very publicly maintain a prolific sexual life, outside the marriage? Bill has had dozens and dozens of affairs, trysts, gropes, one nighters, flings, etc.... who would believe sHrillery would maintain a physical relationship with Billy?

We all know the real answer, she wouldn't "Lewinsky" Bill if he was wrapped in 10 condoms and was checked for STD's by a dozen doctors.

You can't say, it's their personal business BECAUSE THEY PROMOTE THE LIE.

Could gun control coexist with the Fourth Amendment? Because it's basically saying that we can be secure in our homes, isn't it?

Brave people are apparently paranoid about communism, terrorism and any rogue regime we're not personally arming - those we're arming are ipso facto assumed to be all right.

So how did fear become a synonym for courage?
Whatever happened to America's proverbial optimism?

Is this yet another Orwellian dichotomy?
Fear is courage.

If you are democrat why are you labeled right winger with a sneer in the voice when it is said? Wouldn't that make Republicans sheep with a sneer in the voice? If you vote can't you make an informed choice, and vote for the right person who has the best interests for the people? If you see a candidate that upholds the Constitution of The United States, vote for them and pray that your vote counts. As far as conspiracies go I would rather have my eyes open instead of closed. If we don't listen to conspiracy theories and just close our minds then we will never know what is happening. That makes us all sheep, republican or democrat.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous.

They are deemed "voluntary" - the catch being that if you opt-out, you will not be allowed to do anything. You will be refused a passport, thus making it impossible for you to even leave the country.

So you might wonder why people won't just sign up for one.
I personally just don't like the idea of carrying my personal details with me at all times. Wouldn't it leave you incredibly open to fraud?

I hate this Big Brother government we are living in. I will refuse to sign up for an ID card should it ever become compulsory, even if persisting to do so leads to criminal punishment.

What are your thoughts on it?
