hi.. i live in a cul de sac, and ijust bought a portable basketball hoop..
my question is can i put it on the road? or is that "illegal"?
i will ask my neighbors if its ok, but i mean if they say yes, can i do it?

live in an apartment complex and the people below us smoke heavily and there is a constant smell of smoke in our apartment. We have talked to the managment about the situation and they cant obviously tell them not to smoke but we suggested that they move us to another apartment taking in mind that this complex has over 1000 apartments, yet he said that was impossible and that we would have to get air purifers. I am constantly sick to my stomach, what can we do? I am in process of writing a letter to the actual owners but am i just wasting my time? I would think i should have some legal rights for not wanting to be exposed to this smoke I pay a good sum of $$$ for rent do I not have any rights?

I'm not from that country , but I have a feeling , if you aren't one of the above , you're ridiculed from the start , that goes for both Democrats & Republicans. Thank goodness (I was going to use the word Ch**st) we don't have that outlook... we're all heathens hahahaha!!

my answer: because, there is no pure Kurdish identity and many of Kurds do not want to Kurdish state. because, in Turkey , many Kurds feel themselves Turk and we mixed each other. on the other hand, in Iraq side, Kurds mixed Arabs. so, this Kurdish seperatist ideology was constructed by Britain as divide and manage tactic due to oil. now weapons companies are so happy about this conflict

I've heard that you can copyright material by mailing it to yourself and not opening it until proof that the material is yours is needed. The post marked date on the package serves as the date the material was "copyrighted." Is this true?
