Bil Clinton was the most skilled liar I have ever seen and he even confused people what the was is means, he is a A#1 liar.

I do not mean to disrespect Pres Clinton, but the Is and Sex comments really take the cake.

EDIT: dogsrspc... has given a remarkable answer. I'm sure the Clintons were not responsible for all of the deaths named in the answer, but the research is amazing. To be fair to USA, there is some fine competition in this category from overseas politicians:
Berlusconi "I'm not a power maniac, it says so in my new constitution"
Brown "This is not a Treaty"
Putin "Gazprom is independent"
Joseph Goebels set a high standard for them all to follow, so he gets my vote.

If she were a woman, she wouldn't have taken any sh*t off of a man, husband or no. "She's" a politician, and used her husbands influence to get her where she is today.
