Anyone buying this....?

The few gunshows that I bought guns from, the dealer telephoned "someone" after I filled out the same form 4473 that I would fill out at any gun store, and then completed my purchase.

Anyone have proof, or are you just swallowing the Brady Campain's propaganda?

The "loophole" involves private sales between people who attend the shows. Dealers have to do the background checks. "Loophole" sales are no different than if someone responds to a classified ad in the paper to buy a gun. Checks are not part of that process. The "loophole" argument is just another way for the anti-gunners to slice off yet another tiny piece of the 2nd Amendment.

You are 100% right. they do background checks at gun shows. It is funny to go and see 6 bald headed, tatted up vattos standing around one clean cut, 50 year old mexican buying 3 handguns and an AR. I think thats the only loop hole i saw, lol.
