I would say as of right now Bill is because he actually got out of "lying" by using the definition of the word "is". If Hillary gets elected I would say that she is a better liar since she can get elected even after all the lies she's been caught in.

Bill by far. Bill can sell ice to eskimos and sand to arabs. Natural born politician, one of a kind. Hillary can't hold a candle to Bill.

Loved her back-pedaling during the last debate.Must have mis-placed her scripted answers.OR,could it be that she cannot formulate an original,non-researched answer?

The team of Bush and Cheney on why we need to go to war in Iraq is much worse lie. But of course it did have to deal with sex that so frighting to Republicans.
