He was smitten with the full force of British justice a three year supervision order.
This is disgusting even by the normal standards of our judiciary.
The death penalty or life imprisonment would have been more appropriate don't you think ?
If anybody feels that the attacker had a mental illness and that excuses him it does not. He would be better off jailed or executed to protect society.

... in pursuing a law degree specifically with the intent to teach at a law school.

What are the requirements for teaching in a law school? Would a JD be sufficient or is an LLM or even a PhD necessary? If a PhD is usually required, would *she* be able to get away with an LLM only since she already has a PhD in one field - even though not law?

Thanks all.

Consider:
1. they too, have weapons of mass destruction.
2. they have socialized medicine
3. they have been our staunchest ally for 150 years, what other country has our deepest trust, who better could sneak attack us than the Brits? We would be caught totally off guard, they have to go...........
4. their humor is silly sometimes
5. fish and chips, yuk!
6. the whole 'sound pound' is a bit annoying when compared to how the dollar has sunk.
7. they have oil too!

Face it, WE ARE AMERICA DAMMIT!

She's 16 and from Ireland, and she's dating a 15 year old boy in England.

What's the absolute worst that can be done to her since he's under age of consent??? (age of consent over there is 16, so she's over and he's under)

These are famous people that I'm talking about so I can't report this anywhere myself, but I hate her and I was just wondering what could be done to her??

And how long would it take????

The erosion of our civil rights, wire tapping, voter fraud, military industrial theocracy, additional powers given to the executive branch ... regardless of how you feel about these issues, as we push democracy in different countries around the world (Russia, Afghanistan, Iraq etc.) have we become a bad example of how a democracy is suppose to work?

and, if so

How badly have we damaged our reputation as 'a beacon of hope' to oppressed nations?

Okay, my cousin is in the Air Force and he was ragging on me because of my great interest in the US Navy. He was acting as if the US Air Force was all high and mighty compared to the US Navy and other branches! He said don't go unless you want to be raped in the showers and hit on by gay sailors. He said you are going to be stranded out at sea in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do for nine months at a time. To him, the US Navy is a boring, pointless branch filled with flaming homosexuals!!! He also said get prepared to get hazed and thrashed by many US Marines on a daily basis!!! Damn...all of this makes me want to reconsider...

Is it good at controlling Social Security, war, education, illegal immigration, taxes, rights, riots, fires, crime, legislation, the budget, anything? If you think they're not, then why would you put the government in charge of yours, and your children's health?

Are there any laws that prevent gay people from adopting? Can they provide the same "stability" as "traditional" couples. Also, do you think it is easier to for gay couples to adopt a child or the same sex, or is that irrelevant? I am not talking about trying to "convert" the child, or anything like that.

Thank You, as always.

I went to Vancouver a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that there were a lot of Asians living in the city. I know Canada as a nation consists of a lot of immigrants, but in other cities like Edmonton and Toronto there's not that many.

So I wonder why they came to Vancouver in the first place and why they decided to stay instead of move on?
