She's 16 and from Ireland, and she's dating a 15 year old boy in England.
What's the absolute worst that can be done to her since he's under age of consent??? (age of consent over there is 16, so she's over and he's under)
These are famous people that I'm talking about so I can't report this anywhere myself, but I hate her and I was just wondering what could be done to her??
And how long would it take????

This is such a tough issue. While she is over, and he is under, they are close enough in age that it may not even matter at all.
Plus you add two different countries in the mix - you have jurisdictional issues. Then, you add in the fact that it will take time to get anything done, and he may be old enough by the time it comes to any sort of trial -- so the case may be dropped.
So, even if it was reported to the proper authorities, it may be that nothing ever happens.
You need to grow up and recognize that you can't police the world. Reporting to their parents at this point is about all you can do -- and then only if the parents do something will something be done. Most fathers of a 15 yr old boy getting it on with a 16 yr old girl will just cheer them on.

Legally in England , By the acteual law of the land. If the local desiced so. They could half draw her. Put a telei' pole into her bum and make her resite the pledge to the queen backward till blood come out her mouth.

nothing, there is nothing against the law in what they are doing, even if they were having sex in a court in England i do not think they would take her to trial over it
