Now that a better building frame reinforcing system is available, and since this reinforcing meets and exceeds Construction Codes minimums, and that building Designers and Contractors are not adopting this reinforcing system, can they be sued for negligence in the event of a building collapse that would not have occurred with this new frame reinforcing?
The new type of reinforcing is called Closed-Nets, and can be found on the websites: http://www.dubephnx@tor-eggs-torclosed-nets.org ; and TOR-EGGS-TOR DESIGN SOLUTIONS with CLOSED-NETS.
Announcements about this new system has been forwarded to local and national News Stations, Architects, Engineers, and Building Contractors and Trades Organizations and Associations, Congress and the White House Administration, several State Governor's offices, the U. N; Newspapers, and construction-related television shows, etc.
Closed-Nets are listed with Tor-Eggs-Tor Design Solutions/Randy Lee Dube, and are Licensed & Registered in U. S.

Still the consul did not grant my visa. I hope somebody out there help me. I am really discourage because I miss my daughter so much. They cannot come here because her children are still very young and it is very hard to travel with children. I hope somebody from the US embassy will help me. I don't have intention to stay there. I just want to visit even for two to three weeks only. Just to hug and kiss them and have photos with them especially my grandchildren while they are still young. Please, I'm already old and time is running so fast. I'm desperate. What is the best thing to prove that my intention is good. The last time I applied I was not given a chance to show my documents. I love my country and my culture I will come back for sure. I just want to see them and the country of my grandchildren just before I die. I'm from the Philippines.

I told the army recruiters that I had a suspended licence and that I owed some unpaid traffic tickets also that I had a disorderly conduct (misdeameanor) charge on my record from 2004. I am 25 years old and I have a daughter that I don't actually have custody of but I do pay childsupport for. After I told them these things they all basically hung up the phone on me and I called a few different recruiting offices just to hear the same thing. They told me that I had to pay off all that I old for tickets before I could join, but when I went to another state they said that I could still join the army.

REPUBLICANS: States should determinte their own sets of laws without federal interference. Higher income, higher intelligence. Unfortunate life circumstances, not my problem. My taxes should not pay for your misfortune. If you just leave things alone, leave people to their own achievement levels, things will be fine. Everyone is born with the same opportunities. If they don't make the most of them, they deserve what little they get. DEMOCRATS: Some acts are so clearly despicable, the federal government should make them illegal nationwide. My income is as high as yours. So is my intelligence. If you don't care about those less fortunate, you have no conscience. If you leave things as they are, leave people to their own achievement levels, never intervene or act for improvement, wouldn't America too easily be run by an unsavory ilk?

If Republicans are generally of higher intelligence and Democrats of lower, how to explain stupid Republicans and smart Democrats?

Ok my husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for over three years now. We have one son but he passed shortly after he was born. I was 23 wks along and i had an appendicitis attack and had to go in for emergency surgery. We both came out of it but the pain meds i was receiving were to much for him and i gave birth 4 days later. He was just to small. Now we have tried every different position and that hasnt worked. I do not have regular periods so i cant do the whole calendar thing. I was wondering if anyone knows anything i can do to help me get pregnant. I have 2 months until my husband comes home for R&R from iraq and i really want to get pregnant at that time. If i go to the doctor, does he have to be there to in order for me to get pills to help me get pregnant? How does that work? Do i just go in and ask? I have no idea but he cant be there because he is deployed. We want a baby so badly but nothing is working. Help...PLEASE:( I am not overweight either.

say you've served your 2/4, whatever years and now you are back home as a civilian and have nothing to do with the military but you are still on inactive reserve since the 8 years is not up yet

is it very unlikely you'll get called up for active duty while on the IRR or it'll take like a world war?

I thought Mike Huckabee did a great job (as always)--- he has my 100% support. I think Fred Thompson should have stayed out of the race. I would not vote for the man.

I mean - TWENTY is still a child in so many ways.

This massacre caused by a twenty year old cop who couldn't handle a mere breakup with a girl, seems to uphold that, does it not?

Isn't marriage between one man and one woman protected under common law?
Please explain your take on this....

Since marriage has been legal only between one man and one woman in the USA and laws were even enacted to illegalize the Mormon Practice of Poligamy, isn't there obvious Common Law defining Marriage as between one man and one woman in this country??

Ok, so I'm not sure how it works outside the US, or indeed in other US states, but here in Wisconsin, bars have to close at 2 am, 2:30 am on weekends, except for New Year's. I'm not sure the exact reason this law exists. Drunk Drivers? Noise disruption? Religious doubletalk? Antiquated carryover from prohibition? Thanks in advance.
