Can a Principle blackmail me?

can my school principle blackmail me by saying that if i dont find out names of the drug dealers in my school by the end of the week she will call my mom and she said "you know whatever i say to your mom she will believe me".

You mean principal? In view of law, the words used by your principal does not consider as blackmail, which meant there is no legal liability.
But, unless you really had done something stupid, if not, you can just ignore her, or report her to the Ministry of Education.

Sure, that is good old fashioned bluffing, not blackmail.

If you are sure your mom won't believe her, and you have nothign to hide, then call her bluff.

Or if you are willing to take the consequences if she is right, then call her bluff.

That would be called "standing on principle".

Or, if you agree that you don't want drug dealers around, then whether you know who they are or not, offer to work with her.

I am sure she picked you for a darn good reason. Maybe because you are like a really good student leader, or would be if only someone understood you, like that guy in that movie "Breakfast Club" :)

Look at it as her doing a favor beause it is her job to help educate you and make you an upstanding citizen and man.

If this is actually happening, make sure your mom knows what is going on.
Were you caught doing something you shouldn't have? Even so, it is very unethical for the principal to do this. The principal can get fired. This is an illegal act on her part.
