Ron Paul favors: Protecting our borders; getting rid of the Gestapo, IRS; monetary reforms (doing away with fiat currency and the FED); getting us out of Iraq and taking care of our own country; and is a strong believer in the Constitution...So, what is it about him that is not good? --very anti Marxist!!

What a great way to describe a liar, and thank you Rush for not apologizing to the minority far left loons!

Can anyone tell me where any of the republican candidates would be different from W, other than being more conservative on immigration? Ron Paul would be different, all the candidates say they would be more agressive on immigration. What else? They have all criticized the handling of the war, but not said they would do anything different. They all believe in his tax cuts, his judges, his policy of expanding democracy inthe mideast. Other than immigration are any of them proposing doing anything differently than the least popular president since Nixon?

It seems to me hes doing the American people a favour by outlining the problems their country faces. But why do some people hate him so much?

People have said rush limbaugh is a supporter of the troops..he cantpoossibly hate them.

BUT ITS HATE for liberals
that forces him to talk bad about our troops that is the problem.

SO Rush limabugh supporters...
who think he shouldnt nbe whiped off military airwaves...

He supports you when its conveninet for him...
but when soldiers are part of the group he despises...
he only shows hes not truly an AMERICA SUPPORTER...
only a republican supporter.

Hes not a troo-p supporter..
Hes chooses which troops he wants to support.

I normally ignore Rush Limbaugh, but his comments last Wednesday went too far when he insulted our men and women in uniform, calling those who oppose the war "phony soldiers" as Rush did during his September 26 broadcast.
Of course, Rush continued his tirade Monday by denying he had said anything wrong and attacking John Murtha, who served 37 years in the Marines.
In December 2006, a poll run by the Military Times found that only 35 percent of service members approved of president bush's handling of the war in Iraq. Would Rush consider every other Soldier, Sailor, Airman and Marine to be phony? What about General John Batiste who retired from active duty in order to speak out against this war?
Rush has the courage to sit behind a microphone and lash out at those who oppose George Bush's misadventure in Iraq -- yet when it was his time to serve, he received a deferment and has never worn a uniform.
Limbaugh's show is broadcast on Armed Forces Radio, and therefore service members around the world heard his insults. It's time for Clear Channel to make Rush apologize.

this sums up my views pretty good ( from: http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/015834.html )

"Although I am glad he did it, I am not excited about Bush's veto today of the expansion of the children's health insurance program (H.R. 976). He didn't veto the measure because it is a welfare program. He didn't veto the measure because it is an income transfer program. He didn't veto the measure because it is unconstitutional. And he didn't veto the measure because the federal government should not have anything to do with health care. He vetoed this bill because it was passed by a Democratic-controlled Congress. If the Republicans still controlled the Congress, he would have rubber-stamped it in a heartbeat. If you have any doubt just look at the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003--a Republican health care welfare scheme that Bush signed into law on December 8, 2003."

They want to eat our food, and enjoy our inventions...but they are so jealous of America. We basically ignore them anyways. Do you agree they are jealous?

And yes the war in Iraq isn't cool. But what of France invading Vietnam in the 50's? What of the former Soviet Union attacking Afganistan before we did?

I for one think it is a fantastic idea. Granted they would still have to pay SSI, but hell thats a lot less than what they are paying now and it will go a long way towards helping military families make ends meet.
