1.Businesses have already started leaving or folding. Don't you think to stimulate an economy we should cut taxes and make a state "business friendly?" People are, losing their homes and jobs, so who will bear this burden?

2.Wouldn't we employ more people if we can keep businesses in our state?

3. Wouldn't cutting even more taxes in our country stimulate even more growth and employment so that we would not have to rely on the government for health care?

4. What about privatization of services?

She went out on a date with this guy and while in the throughs of passion, requested that he wear a condom to prevent pregnancy. He stated that he was certifiably sterile since the age of twenty (he now 47) and that with all the promiscuity he had engaged in in the past, not one pregnancy had occurred. She, believing him, went on and had sex without protection: She is now pregnant with twins;and, he...STILL maintaining that he was sterile, but that "a miraculous conception" had taken place to have produced the now presenting twin fetuses in her womb. He further states that he cannot marry her because she has two children already from two different fathers, and that she is therefore the whore in this situation. Nevertheless, he has talked her into letting him move in with her and her 'bastard children', as he previously called them, in her two bedroom apartment. No marry. I feel sad for my friend and think she is overdue for some sort of legal action on the part of this deceitful man.

I am a US Navy sailor and have been in the navy for approx 2 years now. While I was in boot camp, A school, and then on to a deployment. My wife basically left my son with her parents. When I returned from overseas, I was served with adoption papers by her parents on the grounds of abandonment. I currently live in VA and there was a court date on 9-20-83. I got all the way to Dallas Ft worth airport to find out that national rent a car had lost my reservation. I did not get a car in time to get to the court date and they found him eligible for adoption. I know I need to file and appeal, but don't really have the money for travel, and lawyers fees. I desparatly need help from any one who has any ideas or suggestions. My son lives with his grandparents in Duncan OK. Please Help!

For example, Britany Spears and Kevin Federline were allowed joint cusitody of their children, and the court took into consideration that both parents abuse alcohol and drugs. The court only ordered that they not use drugs around their children, but isn't substance abuse grounds for removing the children from their parents' care because clearly as drug abusers, they are unfit to care for small children?

I'm 20 years old, & I'm planning on enlisting in the Army soon. I want to enlist for 4 years active duty as an Indirect Fire Infantryman(11C). Nobody in my family really supports my decision to enlist. Also my grandma is 84 & has a very weak heart. But I still want to become a soldier. I'm going to take the ASVAB test tomorrow. Do you think it's stupid for me to enlist in the Army now considering the Iraq War?

One of these inmates gunned down two policemen, in front of witnesses no less, when they came to arrest him. The other is a mentally retarded guy who was probably set up by the real killers. At the very least, there is lots and lots of reasonable doubt. No criminal record, no motive, no forensic evidence. One guy deserves to die, the other does not. Yet prosecutors don't really seem to care. It's just a mark on a scorecard to them. As long as the death penalty is applied so capriciously, it needs to be stopped. I support the death penalty in principle, but it seems that the police and the state prosecutors are too callous, too corrupt, too incompetent, and waaaaay too dumb to handle these life and death decisions.

My girlfriend was busted in a drug sting last week, and they busted her at my apartment when I was out of town.

Long story short, I have to get the door fixed before my wife comes back next week.

Does the FBI have some sort of federal funding to fix damages? I was not arrested or part of the sting.

Also, my girlfriend is overweight.

Thanks

My question was simple: There are researchers who want to approach the topic from a different perspective. Why are they put into prison? Right now, there are a number of European academics who have been sent to prison because they attempted to write about the Holocaust or research it from a different perspective, questioning certain aspects of it. My question is: Why isn't it open to all forms of research?

We used to be very close together. we share almost everything. until we start to hold hands... things get a bit messy. i think i hurt her feelings by saying that i have always regarded her as my elder sister. She left me not long after, about 2 months later, but not without insulting me, abusing my feelings, telling me that she has gotten herself another man and ask me to pest off. i was peeved definitely. i gave in a 100 %, care and help her in every way. in the end, that's the manner she left me. ya.. and she ask her parents to lie to me that she has flown off to Europe. and ya.. i m an idiot i actually believed. i m devastated.Till one fateful day, i find out the truth and so i went straight to her house to find her. i wanted so much to say i m sorry about perhaps hurting her feelings and getting an answer from her.
in the end it turns out very wrong, now she has lodged a legal complaint on me accusing me of harassment. looking her up will be so wrong. what should i do?

I only support it in 2 instances. When children are murdered by adults and when victims are terrorized, tortorured before they die.

Every other case I say lock them up for life. And also, I understand appeals, but executing somebody in this country takes waaaaay to long, even after every appeal has been made.

I recently received a ticket for what the officer said was 67 in a 55. I know for a fact that I was not traveling that fast, but it's my word against his right? The thing is, there was a fair amount of traffic on the highway, and I was following the same line of vehicles for miles. I had my cruise set at 60 so that I would not go any faster than that, but at the location where the officer was I was going around 56 or so.
When the cop pulled me over and said I was going 67, and I said that it was impossible. I asked if he was sure it was me and not the vehicles around me and he said he clocked the car in front of me at 54. Common sense says how can I be going 13 mph faster than a car that I followed for miles? I would have rear-ended that car long before I got to the officers location! Can I successfully fight this in court, basically using my recollection of the events, as well as those of my wife(she was with me at the time)?
