George Bush will be remembered as one of the truly worst presidents americans have ever elected. He has no command of the english language. He lied about WMD, manufacturing the entire tissue of lies, to strike at Iraq, a country that had no part in the 9/11 disaster. He has championed no causes, He has gutted the Environmental Protection Agency... About the only thing I can praise him for is that he walks like a leader. A very nice confident step.

Though I believe that GWB is the Truman of my lifetime, and history will redeem him in the same manner as Truman, I do not consider him our greatest.
George Washington is our greatest, as he prevented the usurpation of power by a popular executive and set the course that allowed our constitution to succeed.
Next I would say Jefferson, because he doubled our nation and dealth with Islamic terrorists of the high seas.
Third, I would say Lincoln, because he kept the union a union.
Next I would say FDR because of the depression, ww2, etc. Though I disaree with a lot of the crap FDR did, especially his typical democrat racism, he was a solid president.
Next I would say Rappin Ronnie is the best, for reversing the crap that Jimmy did and making people feel good to be American again (and finishing off the USSR and all that jazz).

Do you mean who was better than President Bush? Well, that's pretty much all of them but Grant and Hoover. And I'm not sure Grant was worse than Bush.

um, how about we start at the top...
Reagan and Kennedy... maybe throw in Clinton after that... Jimmy Carter... now these are the greatest in and around my lifetime...
But there's John Adams and Franklin D. Roosevelt... probably others that I haven't taken the time to investigate and learn about in detail...
