1) Apparently, the e-voting system was rejected in France because it is very easy to hack into it.
2) Now it will be used in Gujarat elections to defeat Modi government. (Even with voter’s photographs, the results can still be modified)
3) This may be the reason behind a certain anti-Hindu party’s surprise win in the last elections!

I have only been here for a day or two and have already been annoyed to the point that I have to say something. A lot of people on here ask questions about what will happen to them after they have been arrested or charged with a crime. Instead of lecturing people about the evils of DUI, battering people, etc. why not just answer their question and say, "you will most likely get probation/10 years/life" or whatever the case may be instead of getting up on your high horse and acting as though you live like Jesus. You don't. I understand many people here are law enforcement officers and I understand that it may irritate you that people are asking stupid questions or looking for loopholes (which their lawyer will do anyway). If you don't like the question, move on. It is not helpful to anyone when you answer a question with "you got caught, deal with it. Go to AA and stop crying." People just want to know what will happen or if they can take any action, sorry they aren'tas smart as u

I heard there is a written test, not the one you answer like 1000 questions, its a written one. Is there one and if there is what is it about? Is it hard?

Hi, here is my situation first:
I own a home in Wisconsin. I am on SSDI and I have HIRSP insurance - Wisconsin Health Risk Sharing Plan. My situation is that my wife passed away , and I really have no family/friends/job here or anything, my family lives in Texas. It may be best to keep my residency here, and either travel, stay with some other people for a while, or whatever. Or I could sell my house and all that, but honestly I"m not sure if that makes any sense. I think if I rent my house I cannot claim that this is my residence and I don't want to do that. I think it may be best to keep my house and just get out of here and be around people whoactually care about me. but then I leave the house empty? or find someone to watch or stay in the house? how does all that work?

What are the laws concerning residency in Wisconsin?

what do you think may be best?
thanks

I am 22, mexican girl. I want to marry this guy from the UK, and live there. But I've found out how hard it is to get a VISA (and god damn expensive). What would you recomend, for me to apply for a student VISA or a Settlement VISA? regarding that we don't have money to prove savings or nothing but at least I got my BBA certificate from a well known mexican university. Maybe I can apply for a Masters? Will I be able to become a resident eventually? Or should I just go for the spouse visa? Please someone with experience HELP!

Is it because Bill betrayed her and she has to run around the country pretending she still loves him? Or perhaps she is going through menopause and her hormones are all screwed up. Could it be that she hasn't engaged is the act of physical love making in years and that is causing tension? What is your theory?

We were not married, we had a baby. The mother is a mental case. Through mediation, the agreement is, We have shared custody, I have her Tuesday and Wednesday until 9pm. And Saturday, Sunday from 8:30am to 9pm. As you see I have her 4 days and she has three. Currently I agreed to not have overnights because the mother has seperation issues. SO overnights will not happen until January. In January, I will have her overnights. I currently pay 200.00 per month child support, 145 per month for health insurance for her. I have been paying 100% of medical expenses but agreed to only pay half. (mother having a hard time financially). I do make about 10k more than her a year. Can I take her back to court and show that I have the baby more and I pay more and get my child support cut or dropped? I dont think its fair that I pay her when I have her more. She says its for a roof over her head-I told her I need to have a roof too since she is here more!

"Israel has enforced a news blackout on what may be its air force's most audacious raid since its jets destroyed Saddam Hussein's nuclear reactor in 1981. The Israeli government has made no comment about the raid on what is believed to be a nuclear installation in Syria and Israeli newspapers have been forbidden to write anything on the subject.
When asked about the raid, Ehud Olmert, the Israeli prime minister, refused to provide details. "The security services and Israeli defence forces are demonstrating unusual courage. We naturally cannot always show the public our cards."

Instead the details of the raid have been leaked to a series of foreign newspapers. According to the leaks, eight Israeli F-15 bombers entered Syrian airspace in the early hours of September 6. They successfully evaded Syrian radar and air defences and attacked a research establishment on the Euphrates river in northern Syria, destroying it completely."
