I am 22, mexican girl. I want to marry this guy from the UK, and live there. But I've found out how hard it is to get a VISA (and god damn expensive). What would you recomend, for me to apply for a student VISA or a Settlement VISA? regarding that we don't have money to prove savings or nothing but at least I got my BBA certificate from a well known mexican university. Maybe I can apply for a Masters? Will I be able to become a resident eventually? Or should I just go for the spouse visa? Please someone with experience HELP!

If you want to marry someone from the UK just go the proper marriage route. it does cost money but it's cheaper than it is in a lot of countries (it's much easier to immigrate to the UK than the US! I've been on both sides of that mess)

getting a student visa is actually harder because you'll have to show that you can afford tuition and can afford to support yourself without working, so you need a lot of money.

as long as you can prove that you and this guy are actually dating and you follow the steps for fiancee/spouse you shouldn't have trouble and you can get citizenship in only a few years.

You can apply for a Fiance visa at the British Diplomatic Post in Mexico that will grant you entry to the UK for 6 months. Within this time you have to get married. Once married you can remain in the UK and apply for the Spouse visa.

After being on the Spouse visa for 2 years you can apply for Permanent Residency and after another year British Citizenship.

Fiancee visa if you aren't married to him yet..spousal visa if he is married to you in your country.
