No. The under-utilization of the available
workforce is one of the faults of the system.

No. It's a requirement that businesses hire the workers they need and pay them the salary that the market will bear. If there are 100 people who need jobs but the business only requires 50, that's all they have to hire. They don't have to hire the other 50, since that would make their product unprofitable and cause the company to go under. Socialism is the economic model that requires work for everyone, whether needed or not.

Nope. Look at the rich who are only rich because of inheritance. The actual capitalists don't do any work after they figure out a system to screw the working class.
