I am finding it difficult today to focus on anything other than 9/11. It's taking me three times longer to answer a question, or even type one. I feel so somber, so melancoly today. What do you feel?

Isn't it the job of Congress to aggressively oversee the progress of the war and maintain control over the political use of military force?

If Congress decides the war is hurting this country, why don't you support them?

Do you want to be seen as an army that wins the war, but loses our nation?

They always say that we attacked a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 (meaning Iraq). Don't they know that we invaded Iraq because of constant UN violations and WMDs (which were real, by the way) and because Saddam and his family and Baath party were ruthless killers? They always seem to confuse Iraq with Afghanistan which we invaded after 9/11 to go after the Taliban which were harboring Al Quaeda which caused 9/11. Why the confusion, liberals?

create the perception that we are an unjust nation who doesn't have the right to defend itself, enforce UN resolutions and who display the appologist attitude that we deserved to be attacked on 9/11?

After all, the world reads and watches our media and they form opinions based on that.

...run a daily tally of soldiers killed in Iraq? I understand that over 3000 brave soldiers have given their lives for us. But, why do libs have to make this into propaganda?
Compare: WWII there were over 16 MILLION regular and drafted service members with total casualties of over 400,000. That is within 5 years. We have been in Iraq for 6 and have lost 3,000.

"On Sunday, Bush's homeland security adviser Frances Fragos Townsend sought to play down bin Laden's importance — and added a taunt, saying he was "virtually impotent."

But terrorism experts say al-Qaida's core leadership is regrouping in the lawless Pakistan-Afghanistan border region. The latest National Intelligence Estimate says the network is growing in strength, intensifying its efforts to put operatives in the United States and plot new attacks. "

bush's homeland security adviser is a security risk! Osama virtually impotent? This lady needs to resign!

It took over 40 minutes for YA to post a question about Hillary.

Once it got posted it obviously was buried a few pages back on the Politics page.

Is YA trying to keep people from seeing questions that may not support candidates that they want to win?

Shouldn't YA find another procedure to ensure fairness?
