The ACLU's founder, Roger Baldwin, stated: "We are for SOCIALISM, disarmament, and ultimately for abolishing the state itself... We seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the SOLE CONTROL of those who produce wealth. COMMUNISM is the goal."

I,like most didn't know that..But it is very obvious because all their stances and causes are left, way left!!! their mission is to make Pravda the official news paper in the USA!! Most newspapers spout the communist line, so that mission is almost complete!!

I wonder if you even bothered to read the links you posted. Baldwin worked as an anti-communist. Eastman was not a communist. Sinclair was denounced by the Soviets. Only Flynn seems to have actually been a communist.
Regardless, even if the founders were what you erroneously claim they were, that does not mean that the organization was or is a communist group. The group fights for the civil rights of all Americans as guaranteed by the Constitution. If you don't like that, then perhaps you're the communist.

The problem is, the ACLU doesn't promote a socialist or communist agenda.

I didn't know this. I figured the ACLU was founded by a bunch of droopy-eyed leftwing lawyers, so I was pretty close.

I used to think the ACLU got warped into the mindless pile of garbage that it is now...
I now see that I was incorrect. The ACLU has always been a pile of garbage.

The ACLU is not about freedom as much as you think. They are in favor of gun control, for example.

Yes, I've heard this before.
Not a bit surprised. They're trying every which way they can to make it impossible to find terrorist cells in America.
Traitors.

Yup, just like planned parenthood, the NAACP, and women rights groups- notjust communists, but communist Jews. They are trying to destroy the white Christian West. They are also pushing for amnesty, encouraging illegal immigration and of course using us to fight wars in the Middle East, which is bankrupting our country. Do the research, and find the facts for yourself.
