I was caught in Colorado but was living in Florida at the time and like an idiot, I did not fly back for my court date and subsequently forgot about the charge for a while. Will I have a warrant out for my arrest in all 50 states? Will this effect my passport in anyway, or keep me from renewing my passport? I have never recieved any letters or warrants through the mail. Or been contacted by anyone concerning the charge. I have also been stopped in Florida a few times and had my drivers license checked without a warrant showing up. I have had no problems flying in and out of the country several times. What would be my best course of action for resolving this longstanding situation? Thanks for your help.

Do you agree with a "Robin Hood" model in society? Do you think state should intervene and distribute the goods accordingly to its citizens? Do you think rich should sometimes be *punished* for being rich? I am excluding taxes since I am speaking of direct state intervention in every financial area. Even in the slightly capitalist era in the beginning years of Bolshevik regime when Lenin allowed Nepmen to exist, he charged them more, for example on education because they were better off than most of the population. Nepmen felt that the state was using them to remedy the results of the unsuccessful war communism policies and in the mean while punishing them for being capitalists on ideological pretexts.

I am not asking you whether it is substantial or impractical, I want you to express your opinions on this system from whichever perspective you want. It maybe from a religious, moral, juridical or philosophical perspective. Is this regime justifiable? If so, what accounts for it?

A few months ago, my grandmother passed away and left in her will that all the assets be divided up and distributed equally between her four children. For the past year while she's been in poor health, I've been living in her house taking care of it and watching over her things. After she passed away, I decided that i wanted to buy the house. As of right now, my aunt and her husband who live in Louisiana are making things difficult by saying they don't want me to live in the house, and won't pass approval on it. Can anyone explain to me what legal strategy or action I can take to ensure that i am entitled to buy the house?

If this seems vague, i'll try my best to clear things up through your questions. Yahoo answers has never let me down before, and i know you guys won't know. Thank you for hearing me out. God bless.

Everybody knows that we are at war because of 9/11! Why is President Bush lying about it?

Please don't waste our time with negatives, as we might just confuse it for your own party! State your own party, list three (and only three) top goals for your party.

Here we are playing around in the ME, not getting anything accomplished, except for making more and more people in the ME hate us. China is tapping into the Pentagon's network, sending us lead filled toys and poisoned food....not even talking about how much of our US Treasury bonds and other reserve assets that they hold. Then there is their military build up made possible by our huge foreign trade deficit....and the list goes on. We have 12-20 million people here illegally that our government can't/won't do anything about and those same illegals that are here working for a "better life" since their home country sucks so bad that they left in the first place rant about their hatred for America. It's ok....come on in and get the freebies. No worries though, even though we KNOW that there are people with less than noble intentions (i.e. terrorists) getting through the porous border that we have, it would go against the “rights” of our friends to the south to actually do anything about it.

The "top contenders" for the presidential bid are all sh!t. None of them are worth a damn nor will they do anything to change the way things in this country are going and no one seems to care. Hey Fox and CNN tell me to vote for them....so I must. Corporations are running the government, the Federal Reserve owns all of our money (which for those that do not know, the Federal Reserve is NOT a government agency, it’s ran by private bankers)

Am I the only one who sees through the BS? Can anyone honestly tell me that this is painting a good portrait of our future?

If both canidates came forward together after their nominations and told the American public this: We have decided that the American people have had enough of politics as usual and we will for the first time run ONLY postive campaigns..we will NOT talk about each other..ONLY what we will do if elected by you the people. A FULL agreement in front of the American people...an Oath if you will only to speak on their programs, agenda etc...and NOT one negative word

would you support this idea???

btw: I am not interested in answers like: they would never do it...one would cave in...bla,bla,bla...

it's just an idea

Hi All,
I was at 99mph on a 65mph limit on I-70 West (~50 miles west from liberty state park). Police caught me and gave a speeding ticket and also a 'Reckless driving' ticket.
Want to know how much would be the fine for these tickets. When i contacted the court, they said they can not answer until next week!
Can anyone tell me how much will be the fine in this case? Also i want to know what needs to be done in case of 'reckless driving' ticket. Court representative said it needs compulsary court appearance. However, Police did not tick the 'court appearance required' check box.
As i live in cincinnati, how do i work out this with NJ court? Is there a way i can pay fine for both speeding and 'reckless driving' tickets and avoid court appearance etc??
Thank you for your time and help.

I am clearly for withdrawing from Iraq, cause I think its a waste.

BUT, so many have died already, and we already sunked in 100's of billions in Iraq, and we are building the biggest US embassy ever seen. THere is also the likely threat of Iran and syria influencing Iraq once we leave, and that can give more power and leverage to Iran which we already have a volatile relationship already.

So would it even be worth leaving iraq if we wanted to. I mean would it be more politically and military expensive to withdraw??

opinions.

Myself i did 2 tours in iraq.

Choosing to call to schedule an interview for an obvious asian man and not an obvious hispanic man. What i mean by this is that I had a feeling that I was being discriminated against based on my race, which is obvious by my name, so what I did was sent the exact same resume to an employer and simply changed the last name to an obvious asian last name, Kim. I never got a call back for the hispanic named resume even after having submitted my resume and waiting two weeks, but received a reponse on the next working day for the asian last name resume. They left a voice mail on my phone in response to my resume, at this point I did not know whether it was for my hispanic name RESUME 1 or my asian name RESUME 2. I called back the emplyer and discovered they had called for resume 2, so they said hi, is this Richard Kim, I said no, this is Richard Blank, and we continued speaking and I scheduled an interview for this Thursday.
