i am a saudi citizen living in Dubai(thats not in my country)i want to apply for a student visa to america do i have to do it from saudi arabia or can i get it from dubai ?

Im planning on moving out on my 18th birthday but the thing is i live in mississippi and from what i seen over a couple sites the age of majority over here is 21 but of all my young friends ive asked over here they say 18 and one of my friends mom that works for the cops or something like that says 18 also and im not sure if it is or not but here are some other ?s also i want to know.....

could i be a minor at 18

can i get my own place at 18

can i get a tatoo without consent at 18

can i have a sexual realationship with someone who is over 21 and not get in trouble at 18

is there any curfew for being 18

can i enroll my ownself at college

how old do you have to be to make a will for when you die

whats the age to go to a bar and not drink or is there

whats the age to go to a adult store

but to make it easier can ya tell me what i can and cannot do at 18 but still answer my ?s i have above

I've been on Military.com and have some asked questions just as everyone, some people can say smart things just like here on Yahoo Answers its no different. When I respond back and say something like "dont ridicule me" or something to that affect. Im always getting the "Oh if you cant' take that you won't last long in the Army" and stuff like that. Its to me just a simple matter of respecting one another no?? Does the Army ridicule you to make you stronger mentally?? Or just cause someone higher than you is able to? Whats the deal on that? Im starting to get discouraged I don't know....

The reason I want to know this is because I've lost my wallet twice and luckily I found them both times but during the time I couldn't find my wallet, the idea of having to go through the process of getting a new license stressed me out, so I want to know if this or something similar to this is possible.

NEED HELP A.S.A.P Okay my friend want's to go pick up his son today!! cuz the mother of the child just got incarcerated about too weeks ago and be4 she got incarcerated she told my friend go pick up the baby..But my friend has nothing stating he cant see the baby or nothing about restraining orders He loves his son but the problem is that the baby is at the Aunt's house and she dont want to give up the baby even after the mother of the child told my friend go pick up the baby..the Aunt said if he goes and try's to get the baby or come bye her house she is going to call the cops!! and he has never done nothing wroung to the Aunt she dont like the fact that he got her niece pregnant when she was only 17 and my friend was only 18 at that time but yes he is on the birth certificate!!!! Any advice please All he wants is his son and also the Aunt hated the fact that her niece was and is still being with the father of there son!!!!!

As far as legally, we are in Ky I know it we are commonwealth. However his brother has lived in several diff states and swears it's better not to be commonwealth. Any specific differences or details u know would be very helpful or a website with this information.

how come in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, a soldier on the front who loses a leg will get approximately £50,000 if they lose a leg, and about £250,000 if they lose both arms and legs, and this is supposed to be the highest injury payout, how come a clerk who got RSI from typing and her layer said she could never get another job i was that bad (like the quadruple amputee could) got almost £500,000 more than double for loosing all limbs. Can anyone see the fairness in that?

A job offered me a position and now they are doing a backround check. The application said have I been convicted of anything othe than a traffic violation......I put no. I was told that town ordinance in which i paid a fine does not go on my record. Now I am wondering?????

I think police should strive to enforce immigration laws during routine police work.

Regardless of your position on the future of legal immigration in this country, state and local police will need to aid in enforcing these laws if they are ever going to have any meaning.

It doesn't matter if you think there should be a huge guest worker program or no guest worker program.

It also doesn't matter if you think the illegal immigrants here now should have amnesty or be forced to return to their country of origin.

Whatever you think immigration laws should be, I would presume you think they should be enforced and breaking them should have consequences. And to enforce them effectively, the police will have to participate.
This is a big country. It would take hundreds of thousands of federal immigration officers to police the whole country. That would cost too much and be too intrusive.

Instead, let's just let local law enforcement officers check immigration status as part of routine police work. They are already out there every day in big numbers across the entire country. If a police officer stops you for speeding and sees you have illegal drugs in the car, that officer will charge you for the drugs as well as the speeding. If that same officer on that same stop finds you are here illegally, why should you not be charged for that too?

It seems that rhetoric is all that is accomplished on the Hill today and the country in general. With so many issues that need addressing like health care, environment, education, campaign reform, immigration reform, foreign policy, and domestic economy, it seems like all that gets done is name calling on BOTH sides. How is government suppose to get anything done? It is the country as a whole that suffers when nothing gets done. Is there any hope?

This is a serious question and I'd appreciate serious answers please!

Where can I find the immigration law, or all the law? I mean I see very often in documents that they cite the sections and numbers, but where can you check yourself? Is there a book in the library, or is there a official .gov website?
